Delivery Timelines for the USA

Shipping is 100% Free for all Still Plunge systems. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

We are dedicated to ensuring the swift delivery of your cold plunge system. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 6 business days from the date of purchase. For deliveries within the USA, you can expect your items to arrive within 6 to 9 business days from the dispatch date.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Should your order not arrive within 60 days from the dispatch date, it will be considered lost in transit. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement at your discretion, at no additional cost to you.

100-Day Returns & Exchanges

Experience your Still Plunge system with peace of mind. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 100 days of delivery.

Zero Restocking Fees

We charge absolutely nothing ($0.00) for restocking. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price. (Note: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs).

We understand you need to test the product. We proudly accept returns for items in "New" and "Slightly Used" condition.

Return or Exchange Request (100 Days)

You have a 100-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We gladly accept returns for both defective items and customer remorse (non-defective products).

Contact our team at [email protected] to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and warehouse address.

Product Condition: New & Slightly Used

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet our condition requirements:

  • Items must be returned in New or Slightly Used condition.
  • Thoroughly drain all water and wipe down surfaces.
  • Include all accessories properly packaged alongside the main unit.

Return Method: By Mail (Customer Responsibility)

All returns must be completed by mail. Please carefully read our shipping terms:

Self-Serve Return Label: Customers are responsible for scheduling a courier pickup or dropping off the package. You must purchase and attach your own return label.

Customer Responsibility for Fees: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Refund Processing Time: 15 Days

Upon receipt at our fulfillment center, our quality assurance team conducts an inspection to ensure the item is in new or slightly used condition.

  • 15 Days Timeline: Your refund will be fully processed within 15 days of us receiving your returned package.
  • No Restocking Fees: We guarantee $0.00 restocking fees. You will receive the full purchase amount back to your original payment method.

Essential Ownership Policies

Products Received Damaged

We accept returns and exchanges for defective and damaged products. If your Still Plunge system arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately.

Our logistics team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to file a damage claim while simultaneously arranging replacement components or a complete system replacement.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges: We happily accept exchanges for eligible items within the 100-day window under the same "new and slightly used" condition terms.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must be handled through our standard 100-day return process by mail.
