Our Still Plunge Chiller, including all core components like the compressor and electronics, is covered for two full years against defects in materials and workmanship.
2-Year Tub Warranty
The structural integrity of the Still Plunge Tub is warranted for two years. We guarantee it will remain free from leaks or structural failures under normal use.
2-Year Accessories Warranty
All Still Plunge branded accessories, such as insulated covers and steps, are covered for one year against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the chiller unit, including compressor, pump, and electrical components.
- Structural failures or leaks in the tub body due to manufacturing defects.
- Failures of electronic controls or the app interface under normal use.
- Defects in materials or workmanship for all Still Plunge accessories.
- We will repair or replace any defective part at our discretion, at no cost to you.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or dents.
- Damage caused by using unauthorized chemicals or improper water maintenance.
- Issues arising from use in a commercial setting (unless a commercial warranty is purchased).
- Consumable parts, such as water filters, inflatable tub.
